Good Gluten Free Food Pizza Crust

I have made the best pizza crust from the Gluten Free Pantry mix for French Bread and Pizza Crust. I mix the dough and then split it in half. One half I bake as a small loaf of bread. The other half I use as pizza crust.

The fun was the first time I tried to make pizza crust, the dough stuck to my hands. I tried to wet my hands with water then oil. The way it works is to use gluten free flour ( I use white rice) and powder the dough each time you roll and arrange it.

The pizza crust baked beautifully even with all of the stuff on top. I bake pizza on fun days and my gluten free husband loves it!
